Sustainable Sudbury Fall Bike Tour

In memory of long-time member Eric Lind

Meet in front of Curtis Middle School
1 PM, Saturday Nov. 12th
(Nov. 13th in case of bad weather)

Sustainable Sudbury is going for a bike ride! We’ll enjoy autumn and get some pre-Thanksgiving exercise with a relaxed bicycle tour to share examples of sustainability in our community and to remember Eric, a long-time member and outdoor lover who recently passed away from ALS.

All are welcome, whether you want to just come for the ride, to get ideas about budget- and climate-friendly sustainability upgrades for your home, or to learn about how you can protect our town’s natural beauty.

The planned loop is ~13 miles with regular stops. We’ll be traveling as a group mostly on quieter roads with the goal of leaving nobody behind! Snacks, water, and bathrooms will be available along the way. Feel free to hop on and off the group as you like.

Come with the bike you have. Please wear a helmet and use bike lights if you have them. High-visibility clothing, whether fluorescent AND/OR something eye-catching about Sustainable Sudbury’s mission highly encouraged.

Questions? Need some help to join us? Have a great idea for a future Sustainable Sudbury bike tour? Please reach out to us at .
