State leaders in Massachusetts and Rhode Island recently signed an agreement to pursue a regional Transportation & Climate Initiative (TCI) program that will create a dedicated revenue stream for clean transportation, improve public transit, accelerate electric vehicle adoption, and expand walking/biking infrastructure. These are exactly the kind of investments we need for a strong post-pandemic recovery, too.
