2022 Town Forum: Climate Change & Sustainability

As the town’s first step in enacting Article 58, Climate Emergency Declaration, Select Board member Janie Dretler is organizing this public town forum, with some help from Sustainable Sudbury’s Climate Action group. We urge everyone who can to attend, to show their support and learn what Sudbury is doing and plans to do — 7/14 at 7pm. The post below was copied from the town website: sudbury.ma.us/selectboard/2022/06/14/townforum2022/

Sudbury recognizes it is vulnerable to the impacts of natural hazards and climate change, and will build capacity to be more resilient. The Sudbury Select Board invites all Sudbury community members to a panel discussion about the risks posed by the climate emergency and the various ways the town can address these risks.
